Each day it asks: Is the market uptrend intact (price vs long-term average)? Is it hot or cold using RSI (a 0–100 “speedometer”; low = washed out, high = overheated)? Do bonds/volatility confirm? Then it rotates: risk-on into TQQQ/TECL/SOXL (triple tech/semis); risk-off into UVXY/VIXY (volatility), SQQQ/SOXS (inverse), TMF/TLT (Treasuries), GLD (gold), BIL/SHV (T-bills), or KMLM (managed futures). Rebalanced daily.
