About

A daily, rules‑based regime switcher: rides leveraged tech in uptrends and buys dips; hedges or moves to cash/shorts when overheated or trends break. Includes a separate gold sleeve. Uses bonds and KMLM/DBMF as risk checks. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Daily rules decide what to hold. - Uptrend (SPY above its long‑term avg): ride high‑beta tech (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) and buy dips when RSI (a hot/cold gauge) says “cold.” If things run hot, hedge with volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY) or step aside. - Downtrend: rotate to shorts (SQQQ/SOXS), cash (BIL), or bond plays (TMF/TMV), confirmed by bond signals. - Separate gold sleeve flips UGL/NUGT vs GLL/DUST. KMLM/DBMF act as a cross‑asset risk compass.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample tested, this regime-switching strategy rotates into leveraged tech on uptrends, hedges or cash in heat, and uses bonds, gold, and managed futures as risk checks. It targets higher risk-adjusted returns with lower drawdowns than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
