About

Rules‑based rotation that tries to buy dips, ride trends, and defend in sell‑offs using leveraged tech/S&P, Treasuries, gold, volatility ETFs, and KMLM managed‑futures. Very active and high risk.
NutHow it works
Automated risk‑on/risk‑off rotation. It watches trend (200‑day averages) and RSI, a quick 0–100 ‘hot/cold’ score (low = washed‑out, high = overheated). When stocks look strong or just sold off, it buys fast funds (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). When overheated or weak, it shifts to Treasuries (TLT/TMF), gold (UGL), cash/T‑bills, or volatility hedges (UVXY). It adds KMLM, a managed‑futures trend ETF that often helps in inflation/rate shocks. Rebalances daily; sometimes sizes by volatility.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this rules-based rotation delivers superior risk-adjusted upside (Sharpe ~13.7) with tiny drawdowns (~0.28%), plus outsized returns (~359% annualized). It aims to beat the S&P by blending leveraged tech with hedges and managed futures.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
