It’s a daily rule set that flips between offense and defense based on short‑term trend and stress. - If the S&P 500 looks soft short‑term, split across the strongest S&P/Nasdaq funds plus Berkshire. - If trend is OK: if Berkshire looks weak → hold oil; if tech just plunged → buy mega‑caps for a bounce (or on a huge spike day, use volatility funds); otherwise: if Nasdaq is trending → mega‑caps; if bonds look shaky → oil+T‑Bills; if stocks beat bonds → mega‑caps; else oil+cash. Funds used: SPY/QQQ (big US stocks), SPXL/TQQQ (3x), OEF (mega‑caps), BRK/B (Berkshire), USO/OILK (oil), BIL (T‑Bills), VIXY/VIXM (volatility).
