Rebalances daily. It toggles between offense and defense using 3 checks: 1) Trend: if S&P 500 (SPY) is in a long‑term uptrend, favor offense; otherwise defense. 2) Heat gauge (RSI, 0–100): >70 = too hot (hedge/short); <30 = washed out (buy leaders). 3) Bond vote: if 7–10yr Treasuries beat T‑bills, risk is OK. Then it picks one ETF: offense (TECL/TQQQ/SOXL/UPRO), defense (SQQQ/SOXS/SPXS, TMF/TMV, GLD), or crypto (BITO/BITI/MSTR). Rarely UVIX/UVXY for volatility spikes.
