About
A very aggressive stock strategy that always owns leveraged U.S. index funds, using a simple market weakness signal to switch between 3x leverage after pullbacks and 2x leverage the rest of the time.
Each day, the strategy checks SPY, a fund that tracks the S&P 500 and acts like a thermometer for the U.S. stock market. It uses a 14-day RSI, which is just a score of how strongly the market has been falling or rising lately. If that score is very low (below 35), it assumes stocks may be beaten down and buys the more aggressive pair: TQQQ and UPRO.
Otherwise, it holds the milder pair: QLD and SSO. It splits money 50/50 between the two funds it picks.
Ultra-aggressive levered strategy aiming for rapid rebounds after dips. Out-of-sample results show underperformance vs the S&P and larger drawdowns—appropriate only for sophisticated, risk-tolerant investors seeking extreme exposure.
