About

Daily, keeps ~30% cash and rotates 70%: into UVXY when the S&P 500 looks overheated; otherwise into either 3× semiconductors (SOXL) if credit (HYG) outpaces tech (QQQ), or 3× long Treasuries (TMF). Very volatile.
NutHow it works
Each day it keeps about 30% in cash and moves the other 70% using simple signals. RSI is a 0–100 speedometer of recent price moves; above 70 means “overheated.” If the S&P 500 fund (SPY) is overheated, it buys UVXY, which jumps when market volatility spikes. Otherwise it compares junk bonds (HYG) vs big‑tech (QQQ): if HYG looks stronger, buy a 3× semiconductor fund (SOXL); else buy a 3× long‑Treasury fund (TMF).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe 1.36 vs SPY 1.06; OOS return ~137% vs ~20%; Calmar ~2.06, signaling strong risk-adjusted upside. With ~30% cash, it dampens volatility and aims for higher upside than the S&P 500—bearing some drawdown risk in stress.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
