About
A very aggressive strategy that rotates among 4 leveraged U.S. stock funds, favoring the least volatile over the last month. It can soar in strong bull markets but can also crash hard because all holdings are risky and heavily overlap.
This strategy owns 4 “turbocharged” stock funds: two that bet on the S&P 500 and two that lean heavily into big tech. Each aims for about 3x the market’s DAILY move.
Every day, it looks back 30 days and gives more money to the funds that have been less jumpy, and less to the ones that have been wilder. It never moves to cash or safer assets.
Out-of-sample, this strategy yields ~57.7% annualized return with Calmar 1.44 and Sharpe ~1.08, beating SPY's ~20.5%. It targets tech-led upside with daily rebalanced leveraged ETFs, but carries ~40% max drawdown—for bold, long-horizon investors.
