About

Rules-based Nasdaq‑100 (big tech) strategy. Default: 100% TQQQ (3x). When recent moves are choppy, it cuts to ~2x (50% TQQQ + 50% QQQ) if trend is up, or shifts to T‑Bills (BIL) if trend is down.
NutHow it works
Default: 100% in TQQQ, a fund that aims for 3x the daily moves of the Nasdaq‑100. Each day it looks at the last ~20 trading days. If recent moves are very choppy, it then checks the short‑term trend: if still rising, it splits 50/50 TQQQ and QQQ (~2x). If falling, it moves to BIL (T‑Bills). If not choppy, it stays 100% TQQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe ~2.11 vs S&P ~1.44; lower drawdown (~11% vs ~14%); much higher out-of-sample return (~78% vs ~32%); disciplined, volatility-aware Nasdaq-100 leverage with built‑in risk controls for upside potential.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
