This strategy splits money into 4 parts. One part buys beaten-down tech-related funds after sharp drops. One part bets against the market after sharp rallies. One part slowly adds exposure only if the recent move was not too extreme. The last part reacts to market shocks and volatility spikes. It mainly trades aggressive tech, Nasdaq, semiconductor, market-crash, and volatility funds, and moves to short-term Treasury bills (BIL) when conditions look too risky or unclear.
