It uses SMH (a semiconductor fund) as an AI barometer. If SMH’s 14‑day RSI—a 0–100 gauge of recent price strength; above 50 means upward pressure—is over 50, it splits money equally into the 3 strongest names from Apple/Google and major chip & data‑center stocks. If not, it moves 100% into 1 defensive fund (chosen from Treasuries, investment‑grade bonds, staples, utilities, health care, etc.) that’s been hit hardest lately (lowest 10‑day RSI). Rebalanced daily.
