- Most of the time it sits in BIL, a fund holding 1–3 month U.S. T‑bills (cash‑like). - Each day it checks LABU, a 3× biotech fund. If LABU’s 10‑day RSI—a gauge of how sharply price has fallen vs. risen—drops below 22 (very oversold), it buys the bigger 1‑day loser between LABU and SOXL (a 3× semiconductor fund), aiming for a rebound. Otherwise it stays in BIL.
