Mostly parks in T‑Bills. When biotech’s 10‑day momentum looks washed out (RSI < 22), it takes a short‑term bounce bet by buying whichever 3x ETF—biotech (LABU) or semis (SOXL)—fell more yesterday.

Each day it checks LABU’s 10‑day RSI—a 0–100 gauge of how fast price has been falling/rising. If RSI < 22 (very oversold), it buys 100% of the 3x ETF that dropped more yesterday: LABU (biotech) or SOXL (semiconductors). Otherwise it holds BIL (1–3 mo T‑Bills). Goal: capture short‑term bounces after sharp selloffs; sit in cash‑like T‑Bills the rest of the time.
