Each day it picks the strongest of four areas by last 10 trading days’ return: Tech (XLK), broad US stocks (SPY), Emerging Mkts (EEM), or Energy (VDE). It checks momentum with RSI (a quick 0–100 score of recent up‑vs‑down over ~10 days) against KMLM (a managed‑futures fund used as a trend barometer). If stronger, it buys a 2–3x bull ETF for that area (TQQQ/SPXL/EDC/DIG). If not, it buys the strongest of KMLM, TLT (long Treasuries), UUP (US dollar), GLD (gold), or FTLS (long/short). Rebalances daily.
