About
All‑in switch between 3× long or 3× short the Nasdaq‑100. The toggle is driven by whether semiconductor stocks look stronger than a managed‑futures fund over ~2 weeks (10‑day RSI). Very aggressive and volatile.
Each day it compares short‑term “speed” (10‑day RSI, a 0–100 score of recent ups vs downs) of:
SMH: a fund of semiconductor stocks; and
KMLM: a managed‑futures fund in commodities, currencies, and interest rates. Semis often lead tech; managed futures can shine in stress—used here as a risk‑on/risk‑off gauge.
If SMH’s score is higher, it puts 100% in TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100). Otherwise it puts 100% in SQQQ (−3×). It only switches when the comparison flips. These are 3× daily‑leveraged funds—expect big swings.
Cross-asset momentum toggling between +3x and −3x Nasdaq-100 via a short RSI signal (semis vs managed futures). In out-of-sample testing it delivers positive risk-adjusted performance (Sharpe ~0.50) with negative market beta, offering diversification when the S&P stalls.
