A high-risk market-timing strategy that swings between 3x bullish tech, 3x bearish tech plus gold, or a volatility hedge, based on whether stocks look overheated, washed out, or weaker than a defensive trend fund.

This strategy is an on/off switch for aggressive tech exposure. It first checks whether the market has moved too far, too fast using RSI, a short-term “temperature gauge” of recent price moves. If the Nasdaq (QQQ) or broad market (SPY) looks overheated, it moves fully into VIXY, a fund that tends to rise when market fear jumps. If the market instead looks unusually beaten down, it buys TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that aims to deliver 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100. If neither extreme is happening, it compares technology stocks (XLK) with KMLM, a managed-futures fund that often does better in strong non-stock trends. If tech is stronger, it owns TQQQ. If not, it takes a defensive mix: 50% SQQQ (which rises when the Nasdaq falls) and 50% gold (GLD).
