This strategy is an all-or-nothing market switcher. It first checks whether parts of the stock market look unusually “hot” using RSI, a 0–100 heat gauge of recent price moves. If things look too overheated, it jumps into UVXY, a fund that can rise when fear spikes. If not, it looks for beaten-down leveraged stock funds in tech, semiconductors, the S&P 500, or biotech and buys one for a rebound. If none stand out, it compares tech to KMLM, a managed-futures fund that often does better in rough markets. If tech looks healthier, it buys two beaten-down risk-on funds; if not, it shifts to either SQQQ (a bet against the Nasdaq) or TLT (long-term Treasury bonds).
