This strategy checks the market every day and puts all its money into whatever looks best for that moment. When stocks look too overheated, it jumps into UVXY, a fund that rises when market fear spikes. If fear is already high, it hides in BIL (short-term Treasury bills). If markets are calm, it often buys beaten-down tech-focused funds like TQQQ or TECL, aiming for a rebound. If tech looks weak compared with KMLM, a trend-following fund, it may switch to defenses like the U.S. dollar, bonds, managed futures, or even bet against tech.
