About

A tactical, all‑in switcher. It fades overheated markets via a volatility spike play (UVXY), buys 3x equity bulls on deep dips, and otherwise toggles between aggressive tech/short‑vol and a defensive alternatives mix anchored by KMLM.
NutHow it works
Uses a quick “hot/cold” score (RSI: 0–100) on broad funds. If many are red‑hot (≈80+), jump into UVXY (short‑term VIX) to catch a volatility pop. If UVXY itself is hot, hold VIXM or SPXL. If markets are washed‑out (≈30 or below), buy a 3x bull fund (tech/semis/S&P). If nothing is extreme: when tech leads KMLM (managed futures), pick TECL or SVIX (whichever is more washed‑out); otherwise rotate into a calmer mix from KMLM, FTLS, UUP, TMF/TMV, SVXY/VIXM.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample surge: 46.6% annualized vs 15.96% S&P, Sharpe ~0.92, Calmar ~1.69. Higher drawdowns (~27.5% vs 18.8%) but with far larger upside when volatility/tech regimes align.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
