Each day, the strategy asks: “Is the tech sector acting stronger than a defensive trend-following fund?” It measures this with a short-term momentum score called RSI. If yes, it leans into AI and tech—usually heavily into AIBU, a fund that aims to deliver 2x the daily move of AI/big-data stocks, sometimes paired with tech or a volatility-related fund. If no, it turns defensive and picks either AIBD, which bets against AI stocks, or BTAL, a defensive stock strategy, based on which has been stronger recently.
