This strategy asks two main questions: 1) Is technology acting stronger than a more defensive trend-following fund (KMLM)? 2) Does the market backdrop look healthy, based on recent price strength in bonds versus a fund that rises when stocks fall? If both answers are positive, it goes aggressively into tech using FNGU and TECL. If tech is strong but the backdrop is weaker, it owns semiconductor stocks through SMH. If tech is not leading, it either holds a basket of LLY, NVO, COST, and GE, or shifts to PSQ, which benefits when the Nasdaq falls.
