A daily, rules-driven “safety-first” portfolio. It quickly shifts between cash/gold/dollar/volatility hedges and growth bets (often tech/semis and Treasury trades) based on simple signals about fear, trend, and interest rates. Uses leveraged/short ETFs.

Each day it asks: (1) Is fear spiking? (2) Are stocks trending up or down? (3) Are interest rates rising or falling? If fear is high or stocks look “too hot,” it moves into cash-like T‑bills, gold, the U.S. dollar, and volatility/short funds. If calm and trending up, it owns growth (often tech/semis, sometimes with leverage). If rates fall, it buys long Treasuries; if rates rise, it may hold inverse bond funds. It blends these sleeves and rebalances daily.
