The portfolio is split into sleeves (commodities, stocks, bonds and two safety sleeves). It checks a few gauges each day: trend vs its recent average, how “hot/cold” the last days were (0–100 scale), and a market “fear” index. • Calm uptrend → ride 3x‑tech funds. • Overheated pop → briefly buy volatility as a hedge. • Sharp drop → move to T‑Bills, Treasuries, gold, or a strong U.S. dollar. A small sleeve holds commodities.
