RSI is a 0–100 “hot/cold” score of recent price moves (10–14 days). Daily: 1) If SPY’s RSI > 80 (very hot), hold VIXY, which tends to jump when stocks drop. 2) Else if QQQ’s RSI < 30 (very cold), hold QLD, a 2x bet on a rebound in big tech. 3) Else compare RSI of IGIB (corporate bonds) vs VV (large US stocks). If IGIB > VV, split between SPY (S&P 500) and BRK.B (Berkshire). If not, sit in BIL (T‑Bills). Rebalanced daily.
