Goal: catch upside with less pain. It checks “canaries” to size risk, then uses an RSI heat gauge (0–100) to buy dips or hedge when too hot. If bonds (BND) trail T‑bills (BIL), it runs an RSI catcher: SPY>75→UVXY; <30→TQQQ; else a momentum mix of UUP (USD), TMF (3x Treas), DBC (commodities), UGL (2x gold), IEO (oil), XLU (utilities), VIXM (vol). If canaries look better, it favors TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) unless overhot, then UVXY; or pairs TMF with TQQQ/vol in risk‑off.
