This strategy first asks: are bonds acting healthy compared with cash? If yes, it gets more aggressive; if not, it turns defensive. In good conditions, it either goes all-in on leveraged big-tech stocks (TQQQ) or splits between leveraged U.S. stocks (UPRO) and leveraged long-term Treasury bonds (TMF). In warning periods, it watches whether the stock market looks overheated or beaten down. If stocks have surged too fast, it buys volatility (UVXY). If they’ve fallen hard, it buys leveraged U.S. stocks (UPRO). Otherwise, it picks the 3 strongest recent performers from a defensive mix: U.S. dollar, Treasuries, commodities, gold, oil & gas, and utilities.
