A mostly JEPQ-based strategy that tries to earn income in good markets, move into bonds when stocks look overheated, and use defensive or even bearish Nasdaq trades when conditions worsen.

This strategy is mostly built around JEPQ, an income-focused fund tied to large Nasdaq stocks. When the broad U.S. market looks healthy, it usually holds JEPQ. If the market looks too overheated, it moves into Treasury bond funds instead. When markets weaken, it becomes defensive or tactical: it may buy bonds, a cash-like Treasury fund, or funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls. In some cases it also uses extra-aggressive funds that aim to move about 2x up or down with the Nasdaq.
