About

A daily tactical mix built around JEPQ (Nasdaq income). It buys dips and fades rips using trend and RSI, rotating among JEPQ, leveraged Nasdaq longs/shorts, Treasuries, cash, and volatility hedges. Uses only K‑1‑free ETFs.
NutHow it works
Daily, it checks trend and “stretch” of stocks and bonds using moving averages (trend) and RSI (how overbought/oversold). Uptrend/calm: hold JEPQ (income) or TQQQ. Too hot or big pops: flip to PSQ/SQQQ, VXX/UVXY, or T‑bills (SGOV). Panic/oversold: buy dips via JEPQ/TQQQ. If bonds lead, hold TLT/TMF; if weak, stay defensive. Semis, dollar and commodities act as early warnings. Uses only K‑1‑free ETFs; includes leveraged/inverse funds (high risk).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~36% annualized return vs SPY ~24%, Calmar ~1.69, Sharpe ~1.13, beta ~0.80. A rules-based, diversified rotation with income, hedges, and trend checks aims for higher risk-adjusted growth and meaningful diversification beyond the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
