Each day it holds one fund. If big US stock ETFs (QQQ or SPY) look overheated by a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent buying vs selling (RSI), it buys UVXY, a volatility fund that jumps when stocks slip. Else if a fast Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) looks washed‑out (low RSI), it buys TECL (3x tech). Else it compares bonds (IEF) vs a short Nasdaq fund (PSQ), then uses Amazon’s short/long trend or RSI to choose AMZU (1.5x Amazon), TECL, or SHV (cash‑like T‑bills).
