About

A daily, all‑in tactical plan. It bets on a volatility pop when the market looks too hot, buys leveraged tech on sharp dips, and otherwise rotates between Amazon, tech, or cash using simple “hot/cold” and trend checks. Very aggressive, high risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it holds one fund (uses RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge). - If QQQ or SPY look very hot (10‑day RSI > 80), it buys UVXY (a VIX fund that jumps when stocks fall). - Else if Nasdaq is very cold (TQQQ RSI < 31), it buys TECL (3× tech) for a bounce. - Else it compares bonds (IEF) vs short‑Nasdaq (PSQ) to pick: AMZU (1.5× Amazon) if AMZN’s trend/heat favors it, TECL if only “washed‑out,” or SHV (cash‑like) otherwise.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this aggressive tactical strategy delivers ~35.7% annualized return vs SPY’s ~19.5%, driven by volatility timing and leveraged tech bets. Higher drawdowns are the trade-off for potentially outsized upside.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
