About
Parks all money in BIL, an ETF of 1–3 month U.S. Treasury bills. Rebalanced daily to stay at 100% BIL. No stock exposure; aims for cash‑like stability while earning short‑term Treasury yields. SPYU appears in the template but is always 0%.
Every trading day, the strategy sets the portfolio to 100% BIL (SPDR Bloomberg 1–3 Month T‑Bill ETF). BIL holds very short‑term U.S. Treasury bills, so it behaves like cash and earns the current T‑bill yield. SPYU is listed but fixed at 0%, so it’s never bought. Returns move with short‑term interest rates.
Out-of-sample data shows ultra-low volatility, minimal drawdowns, and strong risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P 500, with 100% cash-like exposure to BIL and steady, stock-free yields.
