If healthy, buy TQQQ/UPRO/TECL/SOXL; if overheated/weak, rotate to cash (BIL), Treasuries (IEF/TLT/AGG), or hedges (PSQ/SQQQ, VIXY/UVXY). Daily it prefers recent winners but avoids big drawdowns/chop.
