A very aggressive market-timing strategy built around TQQQ. It tries to ride big tech uptrends, but uses many safety checks to switch into hedges, bearish funds, bonds, or cash when markets look dangerous.

This strategy is mostly trying to own TQQQ, a fund that aims to magnify daily moves in the Nasdaq-100 by about 3x. Each day it asks: Is the market trend healthy? Is tech too hot? Is momentum strong or weak? If conditions look good, it leans into TQQQ or other aggressive tech funds. If conditions look risky, it can switch to bearish funds, Treasury bonds, cash-like T-bills, or volatility funds that may rise during market panic.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
