An aggressive all-or-nothing strategy that usually bets on the Nasdaq, but jumps into UVXY when markets look overheated and sometimes shifts to safer Treasury bills after weak recoveries.

This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system that is usually all-in on tech-heavy U.S. stocks, often with leverage. First, it checks whether several stock funds look too “hot” after a sharp short-term run-up. If any do, it switches entirely into UVXY, a very risky fund that tends to jump when market fear spikes. If not, it mainly trades the Nasdaq-100 through QQQ, QLD, or TQQQ. After a recent market drop, it may use less leverage or even park in short-term Treasury bills (BIL).

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
