About
A very aggressive market-timing strategy that switches between bullish and bearish bets on tech, volatility, currencies, gold, oil, and bitcoin based on short-term market strength and fear signals.
This strategy is like a market-weather system. It first checks if fear in the market is spiking using volatility funds.
If fear is high, it may move into defense like volatility or gold, or sometimes buy a sharp tech dip.
If fear is calmer, it spreads money across many small rules that flip bullish or bearish on the dollar, euro, yen, gold, oil, bitcoin, and Nasdaq based on which market areas have been stronger lately.
Dynamic, regime-switching macro strategy with ~0.09 market beta and ~7.5% max drawdown vs SPY’s 8.6%, Calmar ~0.65. It adds diversification, downside defense (gold/volatility), and non-correlated exposure—complementing the S&P for risk-managed portfolios.
