RSI(10)=10‑day hot/cold: >80 hot, <30 cold. Daily: If SPY>200d hold TQQQ, unless TQQQ>79 or SPXL>80 → UVXY. If SPY<200d: TQQQ<31→TECL; else SPY<30→UPRO; else TQQQ<20d→pick stronger of SQQQ or TLT; else SQQQ<31→SQQQ; else TQQQ. Very high risk.
