Each day it checks a 0–100 “hot/cold” score (RSI) on TQQQ, a fast Nasdaq‑100 fund, over ~12 days. RSI compares recent ups vs downs; low = washed‑out, high = stretched. If very cold (<28), buy TECL (3× tech). If very hot (>84), buy SOXS (3× inverse semis). Otherwise split 50% VIG (dividend growers) / 50% BIL (T‑Bills). Rebalanced daily.
