About

A daily, rules-based switch among leveraged tech bulls (TQQQ/TECL), S&P 500 bull (SPXL), volatility (UVXY), short tech (SQQQ), or short-term bonds (BSV), guided by 200-day trends and 10-day hot/cold (RSI) signals, using SPY or LQD as the market thermometer.
NutHow it works
Daily, it first picks a “thermometer”—stocks (SPY) or corporate bonds (LQD)—whichever has the stronger 200‑day trend (avg price over ~10 months). If that market is above its 200‑day avg, it holds TQQQ (3× tech) unless short‑term “heat” (10‑day RSI, a 0–100 hot/cold score) is > ~80; then it buys UVXY (market fear). If below, it buys TECL/SPXL on deep “cold” (RSI < ~30); else TQQQ if short‑term firm, or SQQQ/BSV for defense.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 3.14 vs 2.53; Calmar 23.03; annualized return ~212% vs ~30%. A daily, regime-switching mix of leveraged tech, volatility, and hedges, guided by 200-DMA and RSI, aims for higher risk-adjusted growth than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
