Each day it checks a 7‑day RSI (a 0–100 “heat meter” of recent price moves). 1) Compare BIL (T‑Bills) vs BND (total bonds). If bonds are hotter (BND > BIL): - If SPY (S&P 500) RSI > 72 → hold UUP (long US dollar). Else → HIBL (3x high‑beta stocks, bull). 2) If T‑Bills ≥ bonds: - If SPY RSI < 29 → TECL (3x tech, bounce). Else → HIBS (3x high‑beta, bear). Rebalanced daily; uses 3x ETFs (very volatile).
