A fast-moving strategy that flips among 3x bullish semiconductors, 3x bearish semiconductors, volatility funds, or T-bills based on short-term market momentum and whether the S&P 500 looks overheated.

Each day, the strategy first checks whether very short-term Treasury bills (BIL) are acting stronger than the broader bond market (BND). If yes, it gets aggressive: usually it buys SOXL, a fund that aims to deliver 3x the daily move of semiconductor stocks. But if the S&P 500 (SPY) looks unusually overheated, it switches to a volatility fund (UVXY or VIXY), which can rise when fear jumps. If Treasury bills are not stronger than bonds, it turns defensive: it chooses either SOXS, which rises when semiconductor stocks fall, or BIL, a cash-like Treasury bill fund, based on which has been doing better very recently.
