About

Binary daily switch: if T‑Bills look stronger than bonds on a 7‑day strength gauge, short long Treasuries 3x (TMV); else own 3x S&P 500 (UPRO). Extremely high risk, using leveraged ETFs and a very short, noisy signal.
NutHow it works
Each day it compares a 7‑day “price strength” score (RSI, a simple gauge of recent buying vs selling) for BIL (cash‑like T‑Bills) and BND (broad bonds). If BIL looks stronger, it goes 100% into TMV (3x inverse long‑term Treasuries). Otherwise, it goes 100% into UPRO (3x S&P 500).
CheckmarkValue prop
Negative-beta, high-leverage strategy that diversifies equities. OOS: ~10.9% return vs SPY ~21.9%, with -0.19 beta and ~36% max drawdown—offers portfolio diversification in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
