It splits money into sleeves and follows simple rules that watch: - Heat/Chill (RSI 0–100): high=too hot, low=too cold. - Trend (price vs long-term averages). - Recent winners/losers. In healthy trends it owns aggressive tech/semis (often 3× like SOXL/TECL/TQQQ). If overheated it adds a VIX hedge (UVXY). If weak it flips to inverse funds or T‑Bills. It also toggles bond bets (TMF/TMV), trades ARK (TARK/SARK) and Bitcoin proxies (BITO/BITI/MSTR/COIN).
