Daily, this ~55% sleeve reads simple signals: RSI (a 0–100 heat score) and short/medium moving averages. If leveraged tech looks washed out, it buys a 3× tech fund (TECL). If stocks look too hot, it buys a volatility fund (UVXY). Otherwise, if bonds are firm and Ether is trending up (8‑day > 24‑day), it owns an Ether ETF (EETH); if not, it parks in T‑Bills (SHV).
