Checked daily, in this order: 1) If a “tech is washed out” gauge (RSI on a turbo Nasdaq fund) is very low, buy a turbo tech fund (TECL). 2) Else if stocks look extremely hot (RSI very high on QQQ or SPY), buy a volatility spike fund (UVXY). 3) Else if bonds look steadier than “shorting tech” and Ether’s price trend is up, buy EETH. Otherwise, sit in T‑bills (SHV).
