Each day it holds one fund using simple hot/cold and trend checks. RSI = hot/cold meter (low=washed‑out, high=overheated). QQQ/SPY = big U.S. stock index funds. 1) If tech looks washed‑out (TQQQ RSI<31), buy TECL (3× tech). 2) Else if QQQ or SPY are overheated (RSI>80), buy UVXY (volatility hedge). 3) Else if Treasuries (IEF) look steadier than short‑Nasdaq (PSQ) and Bitcoin (GBTC) is trending up (fast>slow avg), buy GBTC; otherwise hold SHV (T‑Bills). Rebalances daily.
