Checked daily. If tech looks washed out (RSI of a tech index fund is very low), it buys TECL (triple‑long tech) for a rebound. If stocks look too hot (RSI very high on QQQ or SPY), it buys UVXY (benefits from volatility spikes). Otherwise, if bonds look steadier than shorting tech and Bitcoin’s short‑term trend is up, it buys GBTC (Bitcoin). If not, it parks in SHV (cash‑like Treasuries). Uses ~80% of the portfolio.
