This strategy checks the market every day for signs of panic or overheating. If certain market gauges look washed out, it often buys semiconductor stocks (SOXX), betting on a rebound. If markets look calm, it may bet that volatility stays low (SVXY). If the market looks too hot or risky, it shifts toward defensive sectors, volatility funds, inverse funds, or cash-like Treasury bills (BIL).
