About

Defaults to QQQ. If a rising‑rates gauge (TBT) jumps ≥10% over ~60 days, it rotates into a 50% fixed inflation basket and 50% in the single most volatile pick from that list (plus QQQ). Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
It watches TBT (a fund that goes up when long‑term US Treasury bonds fall). If TBT rose ≥10% in the last ~60 days, it assumes inflation/rising rates. Then: 50% goes to an inflation mix—DBC (broad commodities), GLD (gold), TBF (short long‑term Treasuries), XLE (oil/gas stocks), XLV (healthcare). The other 50% goes to whichever of those (plus QQQ, big tech/growth) had the biggest price swings over the last 14 days. Otherwise it holds QQQ. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 21.25% annualized vs 20.81% S&P, with inflation hedges (commodities, gold, energy) and adaptive regime switching. Diversified inflation exposure with upside; note larger drawdowns than the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
