About

Default to QQQ. If long‑term bond prices are plunging (inflation stress), switch to a mix of commodities, gold, energy, healthcare, and a short‑Treasury fund, plus a 1‑asset sleeve that rides the most volatile mover. Daily checks and rebalancing.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks a “thermometer” for inflation stress: TBT, an ETF that rises when long‑term Treasury bonds fall. If TBT is up ~10% over 60 days, it splits the portfolio: half in an inflation‑hedge mix (commodities, gold, energy, healthcare, and a fund that shorts long Treasuries) and half in whichever of those (or QQQ) has been the choppiest over the last 2 weeks. If there’s no stress signal, it holds QQQ. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: 21.25% annualized return vs SPY 20.81%. Inflation-hedge mix (commodities, gold, energy, short Treasuries) plus a volatility sleeve aims for higher upside and diversification when inflation spikes, with disciplined daily rebalancing.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
