This portfolio spreads money across three buckets: 1) regular companies that may hold up when prices rise (like oil, mining, banks, staples, and some big tech), 2) gold and very short-term Treasury bills for defense, and 3) “alternative” funds that try to profit when markets trend, rates jump, or stocks struggle. Once a year, it resets everything back to its target mix.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
