RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” score, drives switches: very hot → defensive/contrarian (UVXY=VIX spikes, SQQQ=−3x QQQ); very cold → aggressive longs (TQQQ=3x QQQ, TECL=3x tech). Otherwise it follows trend: strong uptrend → QLD=2x QQQ; sideways/moderate → QQQ; weak → BIL (T‑bills). If the broader market (SPY) is extremely hot, it parks in BIL. Holds one ETF at a time.
