About

All‑in, rules‑based swing trading. Uses QQQ’s RSI and moving averages to flip between 3x tech bulls (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), 3x short (SQQQ), or UVXY when QQQ looks extremely overbought. Concentrated, timing‑heavy, and very high risk.
NutHow it works
It watches QQQ’s momentum (RSI: a 0–100 “speed-of-move” score; high = stretched up, low = stretched down) and trend (moving averages: average price over X days). - If QQQ is extremely stretched up, it buys UVXY (jumps when fear/vol spikes). - If QQQ is stretched down, it buys one 3x tech bull (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), choosing the most beaten‑down. - Otherwise, QQQ vs 160/125/30‑day averages decides 3x long vs 3x short (SQQQ). 100% in one ETF. Very high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: higher risk-adjusted return (OOS Sharpe ≈1.08 vs SPY ≈1.02) and ~78% OOS annualized return vs 17% S&P, driven by disciplined RSI/trend timing in tech/vol. Strong upside with meaningful drawdowns (~67%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
